To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, Dr. Barbara Elliott spoke about the individuals who’s courage and integrity undermined the Communist system.
Dr. Elliott served President Reagan in the White House and then reported television news from Europe for PBS. She interviewed hundreds of people behind the Iron Curtain to find out what really happened. Her book, Candles Behind the Wall: Heroes of the Peaceful Revolution that Shattered Communism, explores the lives of people who had the courage to peacefully resist the Communist Government.
